How do I select an operator for my farm?
One of the many benefits of the agricultural land investment is a consistent 100% occupancy history. Farms almost never go dormant. There are many ways to select a tenant including old family friends, or referrals from other landowners. Using a farm manager is usually one of the best ways to help select the tenant.
